bad piston is at 90cc the rest of the 5 are at 180cc it shakes alot under 1500 rpm

Take the head off the side with the low #,
see if its valves or something else.

Hate to tell you but thats about what you need to do.

there is no way to increase it short of fixing the base engine problem causing it. try this. add a small amount of oil (1/2 oz or so) and spin the motor a few times checking the compression. if it comes up from the 90 you measured initially it is prob rings or a cracked piston. if it stays the same prob valves or seats. figure out where the concern is, top or bottom and go from there...

Remove the spark plug from the low cylinder. Squirt a couple of shots of engine oil in through the spark plug hole. Take another compression test in that cyl. If the pressure remains the same, then you have a leaky valve. If it increases then the rings are in poor condition.
