You've really just got to stand out- and that doesn't (even though it is cute). I wear a similar outfit and get tons of compliments from guys and girls. My point is, sometimes (well, most of the time) it pays off to stand out. i dont like the shirt but the shoes i think would look better in blue because theyll match then just wear a white shirt with that.

if you want to impress a guy wear the jeans with a girly top try abercrombie and fitch they have some good ones. if you really want to impress him wear something really flirty like a skirt.

you've got to wear something attractive..
but not in a weird way,,
try changing the top.
and the shoes..
if you love the shoes..
change the top only..
