How much does a human rights lawyer earn?

In the future I want to go into this field, and I am just wondering about the salary. Please don't think I'm shallow or anything because I really don't care if it doesn't pay that much.

I think the human rights issues are pro bono .
You need regular paying clients to subsidize your charity work .
