I have owed them some $ but not all that they are taking from me. they are charging me with claims i havent been on the job. double billing and not showing me an itimized list or explaining to me things. i've asked repeatdly

Definately contact the Department of Labor. Also file in small claims court and look into placing a Lien on the business!

File in small claims if the amount is under your states small claims limits .
If the court sides with you (bring your best documentation , talk does NOT cut it , you need paperwork to prove your claim )
If they do , then the court will order them to pay and if they don't , you can put a lien on their property .

Well you can call the Department of Labor

it's a link on all the phone numbers of the DOL, like the Review board number, or the disability discrimination number, etc.

OR you can just file a lawsuit as a direct approach!

Make copies of everything. Write down every exchange you have and take it to a good attorney.
