It appears your landlord is on the case. Just bide your time and pray that the new tenant is better behaved. I had to evict a tenant from a flat and it took nearly 14 months to get the b.....d out. There is something wrong with the law in this country. People like that seem to know all their rights and none of their obligations.

Don't worry about the infant. They can just accept such noise. But do keep note of what is happening and when. Keep apprised of the court proceedings. Sometimes it does take a couple months. But they will be gone if your landlord is also theirs, and they want them gone.

Focus on relaxing. Get some headphones and soothing music.

Relax Babies will adjust to their surroundings,we lived near the train tracks and entertained a lot and my daughter would sleep through it all. If you shelter normal noise at birth be prepared to do it for years.

they will be out. court orders take awhile to process. Meanwhile, the baby will be fine as they can sleep through anything. Just hope that your new neighbors are quieter so you can sleep.
