The full faith and credit clause requires judicial acts in one state to apply if the person moves -- which may apply to your example.

The interstate commerce clause prevents (by implication) one state from passing laws that treat citizens of one state different from another for commercial purposes.

Extradition applies in criminal matters -- but again is intended to prevent people from fleeing justice by moving to a different state.

And P&I directly relates to the equitable treatment of people from different states.
