Antenna is not turned on in computer and I can't get a program I want because of it.?

How do I change the setting to turn antenna on in the laptop?

if u have a tuner card hook it up to an antenna or cable ...

Several laptops have a switch for wireless conectivity HP pavilions on the front left (red light off ,blue light on) several dells are on the back. Look around the whole lap top, including the key board. You should find it easily enough. Its there to save on battery usage.
