The great paradox is that we are both infinitely connected and apparently disconnected at once. We share the same genetics, live on the same planet, breathe the same air, and inhabit this very instant all together- we are Life.

However, we are our individual selves, with our own names, our own personalities, and our own very unique sets of experiences. At once, we are unique and similar. Insignificant and infinitely special.

Reconciling having a mind capable of self consciousness, and emotions similar to animals. Emotions are the bodies way of controlling the brain. Such as fear and the flight or fight response. The mind is the result of the thought processing of the brain. Like asking ourselves questions, such as, "why did I fight instead of run?"

A paradox can only exist when we *choose* two conflicting beliefs. I've spent considerable time eradicating those beliefs for myself.
