I know the feeling. I had constant all day sickness for over 6 weeks. Some of the things that helped me was peppermint candy or ginger ale or ginger tea. Also the preggo pops that you can find at motherhood maternity (suckers that are all kinds of different flavors), also the seabands worked wonders. You can buy them at any pharmacy..they go on your wrist and provide a type of pressure point relief. Other than that just dont eat any greasy foods that tends to make it worse, oatmeal, grits, bread, pasta, vegetables, bananas all seemed to settle my stomach during this time. I wish you luck. It should pass soon and you will feel good as new!

The only two things that I can fit in my purse for my nausea are starbursts and lifesavers. I swear they work! It helps me so much during my classes. Also gingerale and sprite between classes helps a lot. Talk to your doctor if your morning sickness doesn't ease they might suggest something you can take to curve it a little.

Tried ginger? Sucking on hard candy? I found that as long as I had something in my mouth it was SOME better. A lot of it is our sense of smell and the candy not only fools our stomachs into thinking it's constantly being fed but crowds our noses with smells we may enjoy too.
