Yes I have. Didn't went on purpose to the rain and cry though, just a coincidence that it rain and I'm not in indoor.

Yep...I have cried in the rain, ran in the rain, played sports in the rain, hiked in the rain, camped in the rain, shopped in the rain, sang in the rain, danced in the rain, hugged in the rain, stood in the rain, and have kissed someone in the rain......I have done many things in the rain.....
