well if you can on fitTV (i don't know if you have it or not) they have exercizes and yoga that you can do in the morning to get a work out.

And for dieting, just eat everthing in good proportions. Lots of little means throughout the day. And drink plenty or water! It fools your stomach into thinking its full. And eat fruit instead of like chocolate as snacks.

Also, stop eating before your completely full. Brain takes about 20 min. to realize its full. If after 20 min. you still hungry, then eat again (chances are you wont be)

and if you can, stop drinking soda! it has to much sugar. Little sacrifices can go a long way!

if you dont have fitTV then walk around the block for 30-60min. You should be a little active at least.

keep doing thes, and soon you'll shed some axcess skin! Good luck!

Try the South Beach Diet. It is balanced to include all the basic food groups. Take a multivitamin, calcium, FlaxOil pill daily. Drink plenty of water. No carbonated beverages. Get a walking buddy. Wear a headset with rock music to help you keep up the pace. Try to build up to 10,000 steps a day. Get a talking pedometer to keep you inspired. You can get one by "Go" at WalMart for about $12.95. Jumping rope is also good.

There are pilates exercises you can do & they don't require you to purchase expensive equipment. You basically use the resistence of you own body to achieve your desired results.

Pilates is very good for strengthing your core (mid-section). Although you don't need to invest in equiptment, aside from a few dvd's. Fitness bands, resistence tubing, magic circle/ power ring & a pilates ball add a little diversity to your routine.

In addition to all of that, I also use the aeropilates reformer, its an investment - but I think it is well worth it!!

Even sitting at the computer, you can do leg lifts.
I imagine chasing children and picking up after them, keeps you mobile.
I do a lot of walking and have a stationary bicycle. Even stretching to get things out of the cupboard, can be exercises. Take the kids to the park and walk, walk, walk.
It will be good fresh air and good the children as well.
Smaller more frequent portions of food, will help, but mostly toning up, ....good luck and good for you....thank you!

google "free calorie calculator" and calculate it...cardio 4 or 5 times a week and keep active from like 3-6 everyday cuz those are the "lazy hours" and don't forget, don't starve yourself and eat things that are good for you. For ex: as much as you want foods would be: diet soda, plain popcorn, asparagus, etc.

Anytime foods: apples, banana, corn, etc.

limited foods: reg. soda, cake, ice cream, chocolate, etc.
Good Luck!!
(TRUST ME cardio WORKS LIKE WOW)

Cut down on the white stuff...potatoes, bread, sugar, ect. I went to splenda in my tea (I drink a lot of tea), cut back on the white stuff and walk 30 minutes each day and lost 13 pounds. I am also mom of three.
