I lived in San Diego and loved every minute of it! There is so much to do there and the weather is perfect all year round. You are talking about 50's-60's at night and 70's-80's during the day. There are several wonderful places to live in SD from downtown to the smaller towns that surround SD. The locals are wonderful; I made so many wonderful friends when I lived there! Also the great thing about SD is that there are a lot of places that are near that you can go on long weekend trips to. I have been to San Fran and loved it but, this is like some of the highest cost of living in the US! Same way with NY very expensive!!! SF is hard to find places to live at. Although the city does have a nice vibe. It does get cold there, and the closer to the water you are the colder it is! Speaking of cold Minneapolis is a nice city however the weather there sucks! Unless you like hot summers and freezing cold winters, it might not be the place for you. However it does have cheaper housing than the other cities. Seattle. I like Seattle it is a very young city and there is a lot to do, however it rains a heck of a lot there! Also again the weather is cold during the winter so unless you like something like that I might not suggest moving there! I would also contact the chamber of commerce, for each city and have them send you a free relocation packet to you. This has all the information you need to make your decision. Comes with job, crime, school stats and more! They are very helpful; it will also have info on housing cost! I hope this helps you good luck on your move!!!

Have visited each of these cities a number of times. Personally, I would have to choose San Francisco. However, San Diego is a very close second, it's a wonderful city!

Never been there but was told that San Diego has perfect weather all year round. Not to hot not to cold! Sounds perfect!! I do know that Seattle is rainy. New York is to busy.
