r = 10^(-10) m
r = 10^(- 8) cm
r = 10^(- 8) (0.3937) inches
r = 10^(- 9) (3.937) inches

i assume m to be meters.

In centimeters:
10^(-10) * 100 = 10^(-10)*10^2 = 10^(-10 + 2) = 10^(-8) cm

Inches:
1 Inch = 2.54 cm

==> (1/2.54) *10(-8) ~= 0.394*10^(-8) inches
