Um...no. The Rangers are the class of their division, and Ottawa is still the class of the conference.
I have Pittsburgh playing Buffalo in the first round, and I think Buffalo's experience pulls them through

Well with Emery I SURE wouldn't call the Senators the team to beat. Maybe if they stop choking at some point, and I really thought they had it last year. Showed they could beat the Young team, the Defensive team, and the Favorite team. Then they played the Ducks and that was a joke.
I'm a Penguins fan and still don't say they are the best team. They are way up there in the East if they hold to last year. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the ride while it lasts, and hope it never ends.

No way. Penguins are excellent but give them a year or two more. Plus woth espisito coming up they'll be top contenders by 2008-2009. Not this year though. The ducks and senators are pretty much the teams to beat. But Flames, San Jose, and Detroit come up in the conversation as well.

Every team you play is actually the team to beat, unless you want to lose to every other team and just beat the Pens.

Yeah, they are the team to beat IMO. Crosby, Malkin, Fleury, Staal, Gonchar, Whitney, Recchi, Malone, etc. That's a great team. They truly are the team to beat. Go PENS!!!

I think they need another year or two to develop/sign/draft a good defense to go with their incredible offense.
