If you won't change his diaper, then you can't babysit him! That's awful to leave him sitting in a dirty diaper just because you don't feel like changing him! Grow up & think about how the baby feels sitting in his messy diaper. Girls don't like changing diapers either!

They do understand that - what you don't understand is that it still needs to be done. You sound like a great brother for playing with him and I know it's not that you don't want to take care of him, you just don't understand why you should have to change his diapers when there are others who don't seem to mind it as much.
But to them it seems you are getting out of the real work and just enjoying the fun stuff - which isn't fair. So if you really can't bring yourself to change a diaper, maybe you can offer to take on some of the other work in exchange. Give him a bath, feed him, comfort him when he cries, etc.
Compromise is okay but avoiding all the work is definitely wrong.

Do you think it was that fun when your mom had to change your stinky diaper when you were little? Give a helping hand...it won't go unnoticed (i guarantee it). Besides, it will show that you are loving as well as mature. Perhaps when it is time for you to ask for a car or something of that nature, your parents would just hand over the keys seeing how mature and repsonsible you have become...Good luck!
By the way, while you are changing your bro with a smile on your face....you can also go the extra mile to feed and bathe your little bro. This will earn you lots of Brownie points with your parents! It will also allow some male bonding between you and your baby bro. He'll look up to you as this wonderful role model. And the cool side to this is if he grows up and is a math whiz at the age of 5, you can ask him to do all your calculus homework for free. Remind him that he owes you big time. lol.

No, girls don't like changing diapers either. Try thinking of it as a labor of love- and remember that there was a time when you yourself needed a diaper changed. I'm sure they didn't enjoy your turds either.

Dude, part of the responsibility of having a lil brother is to help out with stuff like diapers. We all do things we don't like to do sometimes for the benefit of our family and others. Grow up!

No one likes changing diapers but if you are in charge of babysitting, then you must change the diaper. When you have kids, guess what, you will have to do it then too.

Stop being a pussy. If you're going to play with him, you're going to change him. I really hope you never have sex, cause you'll be a horrible father.
