Absolutely.

I treat others the way I want to be treated. I give money to charity and help others frequently - eg give blood, volunteer at my daughters school, work at a soup kitchen . . .

Morals and values are an ethical question. Some murderer's think they are doing the world a favor because they think they are doing what is best for that person.

Ethics is a terribly sticky question, where if you feel you are right, you are right.

Take for example, you come into a decent deal of money, and you want to buy a large screen television with it. Could you not be responsible for some man beating a woman because she couldn't get into the woman's shelter because they didn't have the room, because they needed another 500 dollars to open another wing to the shelter(this is an example thank you). This being you are partially responsible for this?

morals .....yes. I won't lie even if the truth makes me look bad

values .....yes (to me). Things I consider important (family, friends, pets, education) may not be considered as important to other people (they may value wealth, fame, etc more important)

Yes I do have good morals. I would never steal, or harm another purposely.

Yes, I know good from bad. But sometimes I lose my temper and I may say bad things, still though I'm a good person.

Yes. Most people probably consider themselves to be good. However, I certainly do make my share of slip-ups.
