Well, first of all, trying to get her to go from no exercise at all to meeting your standards at 6 miles 3 times a day would be fairly tough. Instead, start by asking her to take a romantic walk in the park with you. If she enjoys it, do it more often and then maybe she'll agree to moving up to biking in the bark or jogging with you for just 15 minutes or so. If you start her off slow and ask her to join you in activities that almost don't even seem like exercise at first, she might be more inclined to eventually catch up with you.
Good luck!

have a talk with her about it. Let her know that all the exercise makes you horny and you understand she doesn't feel the same way and talk with her about solutions. Like you said, you could stop exercising. Maybe she could take some provocative pictures for you? Talk it over, toss around ideas until you come to a conclusion.

I've had this kind of problem myself and to tell you frankly i really had a hard time coping up with loosing weight. My family kept emphasizing about my health. Ive had a few soul searching about that and i also asked myself what keeps me away from balancing my food intake and energy burning.... the answer, i lack motivation. yeah i know the possible consequences but the more i gobble up the more i become lazy. So One time, I opened my wardrobe and look for something to wear on avery special occasion, after fitting into most of my best dresses, frustration ruled over me coz i counldnt fit to any of them. So i decided not to go instead. Another time i met this guy who actually had been my long time crush, i kept tryng to give him a hint to notice me but instead he dated my best friend. Y? ofcourse it is obvious that she has a more pleasing looks than i, physically, i mean not facially. Because of that, my psychological frustrations grew more until i decided, if i couldnt get myself to eat less, i decided to walk to and fro my office everyday ( a couple of blocks away) and i started noticing the change in me. it wasnt abrupt but little by little people also notices the change in me including my crush. I hope my experience gives a little light, but i hope your girl will read this too.

Are you guys sexually active? Because if you are i suggest getting her started with some good old fashioned sexercise! One of the ways me and my man keep fit its by having very physical sex, dont allow her to just lie on her back, get her on top and work that ***! Some positions are much more physical than others so choose positions where she has to do most of the work, this wont get her into great shape, but its a good start! Oh, and if your not sexually active, the ignore this advice, as this isnt an excuse to start having sex!

She's going through other issues right now. Just let her be, as long as shes not morbidly obese just let her work it out for herself. She may have already caught on that you're trying to get to work out and now is gaining more weight as a result, this is common but may not be the case considering I dont know you. In the meantime dont contribute to her weight gain by buying bad foods and such, and just wait it out.

When she starts complaining, offer to work out with her. If she says no, then tell her to stop complaining about her weight unless she wants to DO something about it.
Sounds mean, but its time to tell her to stop complaining when you've offered many times to work out with her.
