It came from out of the sorting hat, when Neville needed it to preform the very heroic act of killing Nagini while defying Voldemort right in front of his face. The sword was said to appear when ever a true Gryffndor had the need for it. Now how exactly was it able to do that after Griphook had taken it? We can't be sure but I suppose it's safe to assume that at some point in his life Godric must have charmed the sorting hat to be able to summon the sword in a time of crisis.
Ginny went to Hogwarts were she lead the DA in a resistance against the Carrows until the easter holidays when she returned home and stayed their until the battle at Hogwarts
The story is being told threw Harry's point of view for the most part so, since he wasn't around to witness what happened to the Lupins then we the readers are left in the dark as well. You can imagine that they must have been hit by one of the many killing curses that were zooming by in the middle of the battle.
A clear answer is never given as to what happened to Moody's body but, you do get somewhat of a clue when Ron suggest to Harry and Hermione that they might have transfigured him into something small and "stuffed" him somewhere. He gives the example of Barty Crouch that was changed into a bone. So I guess they transfigured him into something small and easy to dispose of, with the exception of his magical eye. That some how ended up in the hands of Dolores Umbridge who was using it to keep an eye on her underlings at the ministry by attaching it outside her door. Who knows maybe the death eaters sold it in the wizarding world's version of a pawn shop. :p
That's left to the readers imagination but, since most of the information Dumbledore gave Harry was accurate I'd say, yes.
I doubt it, otherwise he would have known that Harry wasn't dead when he regained consciousness. He must of blacked out completely otherwise he would have been perturbed by the experience.
Well Harry's invisibility coat made it's wear truly invisible and it never grew opaque with age. The 'Elder Wand' when doing it real masters bidding was remarkable(Harry was able to repair his old phoenix wand with it after Ollivander had said that is was impossible to fix). So judging by the fact that the other two Hollows lived up to their reputation, I think it that yes it must have been his parent's actual spirits since the resurrection stone would be able to actually put you in contact with the other side.
They probably left Xenophilius alone, since they did see a glimpse of Harry.
Immediately after the war Kingsley Sheklebolt became acting Minister of Magic for a time after that who knows. Maybe he actually got elected since people were impressed how he dealt with the post war crisis.
It's never mentioned who Luna married but much to the bulk of the fan community's dismay it's probably not Neville Longbottom. :( Otherwise it would have been mentioned in the crumby epilogue.
Who knows, perhaps she married Terry Boot. :P
I get the feeling Minerva McGonagall must have taken up the position of Head Mistress since she had already had the position right after Dumbledore died, before Snape took over.
Kreacher probably returned to the Grimwald place to serve Harry, Buckbeak is very likely living with Harry also. The mers are happy as clams in the bottom of the lake at Hogwarts breathing a sigh of relief that there's peace on the surface at last, and Albeforth is probably still running the Hog's head.
Maybe he learned to except his brother's point of view though it might have seemed callous to him at times when he got to see the outcome. I'd like to think that he forgave him.
They probably lived out the rest of their life at St. Mungo's permanent spell damage ward. Receiving occasional visitations from their son Professor Longbottom.
Well obviously! The real question is: Did he they give him a Order of Merlin? :P
Awesome questions! You obviously read the book, these are questions that haven't been given a clear answer so I can see why someone would want to see what other people's opinions are, don't know why people are accusing you of not having read the book. ><

*Neville had the sorting hat on and he pulled it out of the sorting hat, kind of like Harry did in the Chamber of Secrets
* Ginny went back to school at Hogwarts, because it was required by the school
* Lupin and Tonks were hit by the killing curse from some Death Eaters
* Harry buried the remains in the forbidden forest
* Yes, but it happened inside his head, at least that's how Dumbledore explained it in the book
* No, for he believed Harry was dead
* Yes, because that was what the stone did, brought the souls back, but not the actual human being
* He was taken prisoner, but it didn't go into further detail then that, I'm sure he was saved by Order of the Phoenix later
* It never said
* It never said, but I think it was probably someone from the DA like Neville maybe
* Cho Chang had a happily ever after with someone other then Harry
* I think it was someone noble, but it never said
* Kreacher continued being a house elf for Harry and his family, Buckbeak still lives at Hogwarts, the mers still in the lake, and Dumbledore's brother still owns/ runs the Leaky Cauldron
* Why yes he did, for in the last chapter all the kids who were on the train were staring at him, but his son had no idea why
Hope I helped,
Ellen

* Neville got the sword the same way Harry did in Chamber of Secrets, he showed true courage and loyalty and it came out of the sorting hat.
*She went out to try to help in the battle. That's how she ends up getting attacked by Bellatrix.
* Lupin and Tonk were killed in the battle, but we don't know by whom.
* They were not able to recover Mad-Eye's body, so it evidently taken by the Death Eaters. After all, Dolores Umbridge had his magic eye on her office door.
* Yes the meeting with Dumbledore really happened.
* No Voldemort did not see the same as Harry, he didn't die. At least not at that point.
* Yes he parents were there, that was the power of that particular Hallow.
* Luna's father was likely thrown into Azkaban for a while.
* We don't know who Luna married, but that would have been one patient man.
* Cho makes a brief appearance when the DA shows up to help, but beyond that we don't know.
* We don't know who became headmaster
*All those characters went on with their lives. Kreacher probably went back to Grimmauld place to serve the Potter family.
*Dumbledore's brother must have forgiven him a least partially before hand, but after he understood his brother better.
* Neville's parents most likely stay in St' Mungo's until the day they died.
* Harry became a hero back in book one really.

* No clue
* I believe Lupin was battling Dolohov and when Tonks went to help him, I think it was either Dolohov or another death eater came to help dolohov.
* No idea once again
* Yes.
* No, I don't believe so.
* Yes, harry did see his parents, they just weren't in true flesh and bones.
* I think Xeno is okay, seeing as he didn't lie to the death eaters.
* Kingsley Shacklebolt became minister
* Luna married Newt Scamander's great grandson who wrote a book about Nargles
* Uhh, no idea what happened to her.
* Mcgonnagal became headmaster
* They are all alright.
* Dumbledore's brother never saw Dumbledore after the battle but I think he did emotionally.

It was kind of sad when Hedwig died, I mean Hedwig had been there with Harry right from the beginning and know one really expected Hedwig to be killed. But I was far more sad at Dobby's death considering that it hadn't been all that long since he got freedom from Malfoys only to have to return to the same place for his death. Here's J.K.Rowling's reason in her own words : "The loss of Hedwig represented a loss of innocence and security. She has been almost like a cuddly toy to Harry at times. Voldemort killing her marked the end of childhood."

Read the book. It would answer much more questions than you have, and it is a good book, so it is more fun to read the book, than a list of answers.
