as much as i like heyman and ECW and WCW and bishoff
there is noone in history that has been more sucessful than mcmahon, no question about it, i do not really like mcmahon
but you can't argue he has already beat the other two at their own game

I think Paul Heyman had the better creative mind, but Vince McMahon & to an extent, Eric Bischoff had a better business sense. Heyman was not good with money or running a business, while McMahon has been able to run the WWE for a long time. Bischoff, meanwhile, is best at short term gains & ratings.
If you mixed Heyman's creative genius with McMahon's business sense & Bischoff's knowledge of how to gain ratings, I think you'd have a great promoter.

Vince McMahon is a genius!back in the "Attitude Era" and with his rivalry with Austin shows us how great he can be.I am a big Austin's fan and i enjoy this feud more than any other(maybe except The Rock vs Stone Cold feud). He has created a global phenomeno known as WWE which is well-known and famous to all over the world.WCW(Bischoff) was very good but maybe with Erick's bad management,WCW collapsed.ECW had some unique fans and was extreme but it also collapsed.Vince also put his body on the line many times, again & again to bring up ratings. He was keen to be humiliated just only for the fans to enjoy the show(with DX(put him in Big Show's ***),Lashley(save his head bald) and many more times..)Vince beat them all in terms of business..
About the triple threat match, i think Vince will prevail. He is way better in terms of experience e.t.c.He has been put through into matches against Hogan,Austin,HBK,HHH,Taker and all of the greatest wrestlers than have been in the WWE..

1. agree or disagree. the undertaker is better now than he was in his younger days. Not true. Back when, people were terrified of the Undertaker and he was involved in all of these crazy spooky storylines. The American Bad-*** phase ruined all that. 2. what are your favorite things to watch besides wwe? TNA, ROH, CHIKARA, PWG, and DGUSA in wrestling. Outside of wrestling I like South Park, Anything on ESPN, 1000 Ways to die, Unsolved Mysteries, and My personal favorite TV Show, Tosh.0 3. who is your favorite character from family guy? South Park > Family Guy 4. what does a wrestler have to have to make them one of your favorite wrestlers? In ring abilities for the most part, Good mic Skills, and not be a total douche. 5.are you the type of fan that appreciates the basics of wrestling, like mat wrestling and good technique, or are you the type that just likes to see flashy moves and wrestlers beating the hell out of each other? As I said earlier, I Watch ROH and DGUSA. I enjoy both Pure Wrestling and Sports Entertainment. Greco Roman? Eh... 6.do you support the diva search or not? No. I don't support Divas. Divas are what the WWE Has Turned Women's Wrestling into. Just hot Girls, makeup, and no ability to wrestle. 7. who is your favorite underrated wrestler? shelton benjamin and katie lea added. Colt Cabana, Shelton Benjamin, MVP, and John Morrison. 8. who did you think was the best wrestler when your first started watching wrestling? Steve Austin 9.who are your top three favorite technical wrestlers of all time? Angle, Benoit, Danielson. 10. if triple h and the undertaker feuded this year, who do you want to win in there feud? Undertaker 11. do you prefer, tlc matches, or ladder matches, or elimination chamber matches, or hell in a cell matches, or extreme rules? TLC Matches 12. what was your favorite undertaker gimmick match? Casket Match.

Paul Heyman is the better choice here. He knows how to run a business compared to the others listed here. He would win (big time) by slamming Eric and Vince with a steel chair and then throwing them over the top rope with a double clothesline.

Jim Cornette or Paul Heyman.
Vince just steals ideas from other promotions.
and Eric Bishoff was the downfall of WCW, along with Vince Russo

Heyman would use barbed wire, tacks, nails, anything to win, lol! Old ECW rocked and I still have a soft spot for him.
But Vince built WWE(it is an empire), and even though it's going to heck in a hand basket you gotta give him credit.

unlike everyone else here, ive always like bishoff. I dont no why, but i feel like he understands wat people want much better than at least mcmahon does these days. also, he is much more trustworthy than heyman and can make his promotion more profitable than heyman.
in a triple threat match vinnie would crush both of them.
