Are the Patrellis really dead??? I haven't read any post discussion because I just got into the show. We just started to watch the first season on DVD, at it was great. The only thing was, once gain, are the Patrellis really dead?? I loved Adrian Pasdar as Nathan and Peter seems to be too important to have go away. Did you like Nathan??? Ahhhh.... Almost up there with Jack Bauer.

Never Believe any TV character is dead unless they show you the body and have a funeral. In the case of Heroes, you can't even trust them to be dead if they do an autopsy on the body (remember when Claire was "killed" in a car wreck? ew.)
Neither of the Patrelli brothers can be counted upon to be dead. The young one is supposed to be able to spontaneously heal himsef, remember?
Also, Sylar isn't dead yet either. The actor who played him has mentioned being in the first 5 episodes of the new season...

no the patrellis are not dead because both are coming back as regulars for season 2. the question i have is why is it that peter could not fly himself up into the sky

i doubt either one of them is dead.. if anything its just nathan but peter is like the main character in the show
