Every school has rude and obnoxious fans, just like every school has nice and considerate fans too.
This question is impossible to answer because most people will only answer based on personal bias and opinion.
EDIT: See what I mean? Most of these answers are just fans ranting against teams they dislike. That's why this question is IMPOSSIBLE to answer!!! ALL teams have obnoxious fans and ALL teams also have considerate fans. It's called HUMAN NATURE!!!!!!

Auburn and Miami, easy. I have nothing against either team and I don't even root for a Southeastern team. But when Auburn's doing well we get all that obnoxious "War Eagle" garbage (they act like their team's got a history that rivals Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Alabama, etc). Miami fans actually like the thuggish reputation of their program, which is revolting. Oregon fans are a runner-up, for being from a hippy state, they're rude and have been known to throw things and spit on opposing players visiting Autzen Stadium.

OHIO STATE Hands down!! They think they are the best no matter who they play. Look at their first 2 games, Youngstown State & Akron U. Give me a break. Nothing against those 2 schools, they just aren't ready for NCAA quite yet. Even when the Buckeyes win, they riot, burn cars, furniture, what ever is handy. These are adults?? Not to mention they think their sh-t doesn't stink. Bad part is I live in Ohio. GO IRISH!!!!

Damn good question! Until last year I would have said Texas Tech but I got a chance to go to a USC game and could not believe their fans! They showed up late and left before the game was over! WTH?

Tennessee and West Virginia Fans are up there with the worst, especially in Football, but basketball isn't far behind. THey are just obnoxious and rude.
