I am talking about our government and how it handles healthcare.

The healthcare system is inefficient _because_ the government is involved. Increased government regulation and other meddling invariably causes inefficiency.

In the US, the government does not "handle" healthcare. Most people have jobs with health care benefits or pay for their own coverage out of their own pocket. If you don't have a job or the money to pay for your own health care benefits, then US taxpayers pay for your healthcare, not the government. When you don't work or don't have the money to buy your own insurance it comes from people that DO have jobs. We pay for it with the taxes taken out of our paychecks.

im a disabled vet and i have private insurance,dont use the government,have you ever been to a V.A. hospital*!*
