I have 11% best answer and according to wikipedia, I should be a top contributor. What's the deal?

You have to have 10% in one category to become Top Contributor.

it has to be a specific category. YOu could have like 90% best answer and still not be a top contrubituor. Don't bileve everything Wikipedia tells you lots of stuff is untrue

You need at least 10% in a specific category, not overall.
