It's a Pontiac Bonneville (large-sized sedan.)

Just an "FYI" -- it's got a sunroof I can hop out of, so I don't need extra room to enter and exit the vehicle.

That depends on the storage rental place. Many have restrictions on what you can store, including explosive and flammable materials, which, presumably, would preclude storing a car because there is gasoline in the tank. But many of the storage companies have a compound as well, where you can store boats, trailers, RVs etc. The rates vary (naturally) depending on the size of the vehicles. It wouldn't be covered storage, but I have seen cars and trailers with tarps lashed over them to protect the vehicles from rain, snow and all that other miserable stuff that happens in the winter.

NO! That is illegal. A residential rental has certain requirements or it is not legally habitable. Primarily a window for emergency exit and running water. Storage units do not have any of those requirements! This question has been asked so many times lately. GET A CLUE PEOPLE!!!!

Yes, most storage places have spaces for keeping cars, boats, rvs and other vehicles. Rates will vary between companies, so your best bet is to call around and see what it would cost.

The place my wife rents in Anderson Indiana has spaces. Hang on to your wallet. She pays $250 a month. It is a little larger size than a normal parking spot. Climate controlled. Best bet is just to check into storage units if you don't need climate control. Normally they allow it.

Most rental places have outside storage for vehicles, most of them won't allow you to put it inside a unit. costs vary by region and location, for prices you'd have to call around to various ones and get a quote from them.
