What is that one thing you must have when you go to a chinese buffet?
For me it's cheese puffs, and sometimes, especially when it's cold, I get egg drop soup. mmm!

General TSO's chicken pork shrimp for the most part as long as it has that delicious sauce on it i will eat it.

When I go to a Chinese Buffet, I usually get some rice, brocolli, chicken, and some other things that I can't think of.

Egg Foo Young with gravy. I feel that if a restaurant passes
my test for good Egg Foo, then they are alright in my book.
But I've made the mistake of tasting good egg foo and then
finding that the rest of the meal was terrible (greasy chow
mein, or clumpy fried rice).

I love a lot of different dishes, but the Hot and Sour Soup is a must!

My must-haves are crab rangoon, hot and sour soup, cashew chicken, pork lo mein or mu shu pork, and shrimp fried rice.

sushi! the only we bypass to has marvelous sushi and the little previous chinese language woman that makes it watches intently and if she thinks you're taking too a lot she would be in a position to assert..."you no take a lot, you come back back greater!"

A bug or a band-aid, then the meal is free (sometimes my friends' meals too!).
If I don't think I'm gonna luck out with a bug or human hair, I order the dog-fried rice.
