I know that on the PS2 version you can get Ashley's invincible armor but can you on the RE4 gamecube version? And if not will ashley's costume make her invincible? And if she doesnt get the armor outfit what is the other costume she can get?

You can get it but you must beat the game first. Doesn't matter if you beat on normal or hard. After you beat the game and start over you have the choice of choosing Leon's costume 1 or 2 . By choosing one of these decides on Ashley's outfit. I can't remember which number is which but I know that there is Leon's Resident Evil 2 costume and the other is a old school Chicago mafia style outfit with a hat and scarf. I believe the costume with Leons Resident Evil 2 outfit has Ashley in a white belly shirt knotted at the chest with white pants. The mobster costume comes with Ashley in full knights armor. With this costume bullets can't hurt her if you shoot her by accident. But it's very annoying running around with her and the metal feet hitting the ground. I hope I'm accurate with this because I haven't played this game in over a year.

You cannot get the armor for Ashley or the mobster suit for Leon in the Gamecube version. Their alternate outfits are the white outfit for Ashley and the RCPD uniform for Leon in the Gamecube version. The armor and mobster suit are only available on the PS2 and Wii versions.
