we are a family with pets wanting to move, but we would like some inside info - what would you suggest. we would like to be close to a busy city which is also family and career/job orientated.
What would you suggest? Maybe NYC, LAX, SFO, MIA, San Diego??

If you can afford it southern California is best. And if you would like to be in between LAX and S.D. then move to Mission Viejo, CA. It's the best choice from your list. S.F. is really nice but can get cold in the winter. Also housing is still pretty high. I travel up and down California for business and Mission Viejo is one of the nicest places I've been to.

Got to this website and do the survey ... it can be amazingly accurate in helping you find places to live that suit your individual preferences. After getting a list of cities, do some online research on the top few that appeal to you most to find out more about them.
