Astronomically, can Steady State Theory and the Big Bang Theory be combined using Xeno's Paradox?

I don't know about Xeno or Zeno but SST and BBT are two distinct theories about the creation of the Universe. SST says the Universe has and always be about. BBT says it started from a singularity. there are complete opposites. steady state says it always was and always will be. big bang says it has a start.
