I don't know of any websites, but why not try making one by hand? Get a plain tank top in any colour you want. This is great - it is less than $4 and comes in TONS of colours!

Next, get decorating materials. You will need fabric markers, fabric paints, and posibbly fabric patches. Here is some sample stuff.

i think you can do that at cafepres.com but i just make my own custom clothes. it's fun and lets me be creative.
