I need to sell a MH?

ve a MH I need to sell It has 2 bedrooms 2bathrooms (one is a garedn)like new frig,stove,porch,gas heater,fenced in back yard,a shed,celing fans,in a park that dont need to move,kids and pets ok HOW DO I SELL THIS i am only asking 3500 please someone tell me how....

First of all where are you? Obviously MH's are everywhere. I live in one currently.

I dislike Craigslist.com, but they do offer a wide audience.

In a park you may be goverened in selling, by the park owners? In mine I have to alert that I wish to sell. Does your MH offer anything that would attract beyond the price; your details here; and condition/age? IE: Small park on Key West, FL.... etc.

Are you interested in a cash out, or might you consider holding a note for some minor profit OVER your suggested asking price, with a decent down?

There is a recent innovation called a Newspaper. Some stores sell them. Look around, and you might find one. In this Newspaper, you can ADVERTISE your MH for sale. There will be a phone number to call to advertise. It will cost you about $30 for a week's advertisement.

You might also look for free ads in your neighborhood, or try a bulletin board.

Does the park in which the home is located have a sales office? Can you place a FOR SALE placard at the entrance of the park? Have you told all of your neighbors? They may have a friend who is looking to move in.
