You are just embarrassed that's all. There is the possibility that you secretly wish that these diapers are for yourself and because of that you have this feeling of getting caught and others finding out about your desire to wear diapers.
Knowing that you really want to wear them you know that if others caught you buying that they would know that they were for you and that they would then in turn tell all your friends and your naughty little secret would be known by everyone.
Don't worry about it, there are a lot of people out there like yourself that like to wear diapers, probably half of those that you would be afraid would find out that you do, wear them themselves and have the same secret as you do.
Just go buy them and don't worry about it, they wouldn't want you telling anyone any more than you want them to tell about you. Your secret is safe.
Good luck.

I COMPLETELY understand! My exboyfriend and I used to babysit this 4 year old. We used to take him out places all the time. I was 20 (and look about 23) and my boyfriend was 26, so a lot of the time we would get these "Oh my god you are so young to have a kid!" look.
When his mom blessed them with a baby sister, I would run out once in awhile to buy diapers for her (because she was in a mess with two kids and a newborn) and I was always nervous that people would think I was buying diapers for MY baby. I wanted to just be like... by the way... I've never had a baby or been pregnant :P
Honestly, I think you just have to go in there knowing that you have nothing to be ashamed of, despite looks you may get that scream "You should be ashamed for having a baby so young!".
Good luck with everything!

It gives you a great topic starter thats for sure! Don't stress about it...just tell the cashier casually that they're for your sister. There are much more embarrassing things to be buying, trust me.
There's always a worse situations...just play it off like its no big deal and don't sweat it!

Do you really think the cashier believes you're buying them for yourself? Stop worrying about what other people think. Most of the time it turns out they really don't give a hoot, and it comes down to the worrying being all in your imagination!

Don't be embarrassed. Use this as a good opportunity to talk to the cashier you like. Tell her about your sister's baby. Most girls love guys who are nice like you.

Think about it...diapers are for babies, not for people like you. Maybe you're afraid that people will think that you still need diapers; trust me, that is a very normal reaction.
Don't worry about it. Or you can tell your mom how you feel.

Wow diapers you fear, for most men it is sanitary napkins and tampons, just as a precaution, stay away from that isle. God Bless.
