This is a class project. the trial begins in 1815 so we cannot go into the 20th century. We want convincing evidence that would keep Napoleon in Elba. Assignment do tomorrow 9/10 at by midnight. Do you know a site with inforrmation about his good works.

After breaking "parole"/exile on Elba, undermining the French government, and re-starting war in Europe?
After Ligny, Quatre Bras and Waterloo?
He was extremely lucky not to to be executed for treason.
Could you convince anyone that if allowed to go to back to Elba, his promise "not to do it again" would be worth anything? I doubt it.
His legal reforms can be (and were) kept without him.
