Place ceyenne pepper around your porch or around your fence perimeter. Next...install a light under your porch or wherever they congregate. They like the dark when they sleep. By having a light on, they don't like it and will leave. You can also place a high frequency sending unit under the porch. The high pitched noise drives them out!

Fill in any cavities you have under patios and stoops. Remove food sources like grubs in you lawn.

If using a trap, be sure to use one low enough so the skunk can't lift its tail to spray you. Transporting one to another property is unneighborly and possibly illegal.

i use moth balls...
they work for just about any pest or rodent problem you can amagin
just toss a box or 2 all around the underneath or near the entry of where they go in and out of

Go to a farm/feed store (some hardwares too) and get a
live trap -- they're very effective.


(personally, I prefer a .22 plinking rifle)
