No. All of the talk about salt is ridiculous. You have to eat about 4 times recommended daily amount which is 6g to go over the top with it and get any permanent damage from it.

I have a tendency to do this, especially when I go out to eat. My husband has actually had to take the salt from me.

We all eat too much salt ! I try not to add any
Corn on the cob and potatoes are an exception.

Not really I don't pour salt on there unless it has no taste. I put salt on tomatoes though yummy!

try not to salt my food...i'm salt sensitive...I do like to salt eggs a little...or I add hot sauce, and no salt

Yeah, I have been told that I do...but, the last two times that I have been to the doctor my blood pressure has been very good..not very good for a person being treated for high blood pressure, but very good for a normal person..
