I am sure that the government, not only in the U.S., but in other countries have tried to guess where terrorist will hit next, BUT it's kind of difficult to avoid it... I mean a terrorist is not going to say... "We're going to attack such city at this time, on this day." Terrorists are not stupid - crazy perhaps, but they know what they are doing, and they are going to plan things out.
If I were you, I wouldn't concern yourself too much. If we get attacked, we cannot do anything to prevent it. Just live your life and stop living in fear. That is exactly what the terrorists want! All we can do is hope that the government is doing all they can!

You don't think they've been doing exactly that for the last 6+ years? How in hell does one prevent something so dark and closeted as a terrorist group?

Oh, I think they have a feeling where something may happen. The problem is until it happens, it is not a crime. That is one downfall to our type of government. And with the Democrats, they always want to make sure the criminals or terrorists have their rights protected.

They have so far.... But it would be virtually impossible to do so indefinitely.... not against those who care nothing for life... there's or anyone else... the only option to to continue to carry the battle to them and to destroy the threat at it's source....we must exterminate *all* the Islamic Jihadist on the planet... one doesn't deal with demons.

Well there are so many possible targets... I think the feds are 10 steps ahead of you. It is to my understanding that there have been several attempts or dry runs that have been stopped because of the vigilance of the feds as well as everyday citizens. The only way to protect ourselves is to safeguard ourselves by reporting any suspicious activity......

Good lord...read the newspapers! Have you not seen the arrests tht have been made, before the fact, of terrosrists who were indeed targeting U.S. facilities. Of course they are vigilent even if someone eventually gets away with an attack it won't be because we are not doing all we possibly can to avert them.
