Absolutely not. Must be legally divorced. It's called bigamy if married to two or more people.

Sure after you divorce the man you are still married to. A legal separation does not make a divorce until the papers are filed and the dotted line is signed...

No, you have to be DIVORCED in order get married again because you are STILL legally married. Separation is NOT disillusionment of marriage. Only a divorce is a dislliusionment. You have to have proof of a final decree of divorce in order to get married again..otherwise you will be charged with bigamy and put into prison.

Your question is ambiguous. If you mean, can you get married to the same person again, yes.
Now, presumably you mean can you get married to someone else, then the following applies.
Once you have a final decree of divorce, you can get married even if the ink on the decree is only 15 minutes dry. If you do not have a final decree of divorce you're still married and you can't marry someone else. If you have a decree, it has an "effective date" and as of that date, you're divorced and free to remarry.

Not until you have divorce papers in your hand, signed by a judge, with a date on it stating the day, month and year that you are again regarded as a single person.

Sorry, but you have to be legally divorced.
Check on the rules for your state, but you may be entitled to an abandonment divorce, if it has been so long since you have cohabitated with your husband.
But definitely get the piece of paper for divorce, before you get the next one for marriage, or you could end up in jail according to your states rules.
