Define weird. Weird as in non conformist such as strange hair colors, tatoos, choice of clothing. Or weird as in getting the could be a serial killer vibe off someone not right in the head? The first group I think are great conformity to the extreme is BORING the second group give me the creeps and put me on my guard.

Define weird. I have been called "weird" many times...not for the way I look...just from the way I act or think. For example, I used to get called weird because I did things for fun or things that made me laugh (goofy silly things) without caring about what others may think of me. I also think out of the box so people thought that I was "weird" for voicing my thoughts. Why do you dislike people that are different from how you think or look? Different or weird people are not necessarily bad or negative...they can actually open up some part of you that you may have never known that it existed.

Your dislike is your instinct keeping you safe from something you are not sure of. Disliking weird people is ok. Just stay away from them. The bad thing is when people think it is ok to harass or hurt people who are weird.

Awwww, that means you wouldn't like to be around me. :(

But I know what you mean - it's like you get a vibe from them that something is off. It may be just instinct, like you know that person is not going to be a benefit to you (as far as friendship goes) so you want to get out of the situation. However, weirdos like me can bring a lot of creativity and difference of perspective to a friendship, which can be very enriching!

No one likes being around weird people, it is a natural dislike.

Yes, I feel exactly the same whenever I'm in the company of manic depressives.

that is why they are considered 'weird'...because they are kind of creepy, and no one really does want to be around them...unless you are a weirdo also...lol...and I know YOURE not one.
