How do the creatures in the 'Alien' movie series grow so fast and multiply so fast?

Simple- they are Aliens.
Their reproductive organs are much faster then ours, their growth, movement...everything (except how to catch Ripely!)
They're well more advanced then humans...its just their species.
In Aliens VS Predator, the Aliens were used to slay thousands of humans as ritual for the Predators. Just as the Army wanted to use them and breed them as a weapon for war.
They are meant to be the ultimate killing species.
