One Bowl Chocolate Fudge 16 squares semisweet chocolate (or a bag of chips) 1 can sweetened uncondensed milk (14 oz) 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Microwave chocolate and milk in a large bowl on high for 2-3 minutes or until almost completely melted. Stir halfway through. Remove and stir until completely melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread in a greased 8" square pan and refrigerate until firm. Then cut into squares. **This is the original recipe I've used for years. I've learned though that greasing the pan can sometimes mean you've got little globs of butter or cooking spray on the outside of the fudge which aren't so attractive. So I've tried lining the pan with parchment or plastic. This way you know it will come out of the pan easily and you can remove the paper/wrap without the grease. Try Fantastic Fudge too! 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 tablespoon butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 16 marshmallows 12 oz chocolate chips 1 cup chopped nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine everything except the vanilla and nuts in a bowl and microwave until it begins to boil. Stir and then microwave again until it is completely melted and smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla and spread in greased pan. (See notes about the pan above.) Enjoy

Fudge sucks. I hate it and I will never like it - as a matter of fact I hate nuts too. YUCK!
