The XIII Amendment was proposed by the 38th Congress to the Legislatures of the several States on the 31 January 1865. North Carolina became the 27th State to ratify it on 6 December 1865. The United States Secretary of State declared it to have been ratified on 18 December 1865.

The XIV Amendment was proposed by the 39th Congress to the Legislatures of the several States on the 13 June 1866. South Carolina (after first having rejected it) became the 28th State to ratify it on 20 December 1866. The United States Secretary of State declared it to have been ratified on 28 July 1868.

The XV Amendment was proposed by the 40th Congress to the Legislatures of the several States on the 26 February 1869. Iowa became the 29th State to ratify it on 3 February 1870. The United States Secretary of State declared it to have been ratified on 30 March 1870.

If you dig deeper into the process of ratification for these amendments you will find of great interest. Some States first rejected them and then (in some cases) subsequently ratified them. A case can be made that the 14th Amendment never met Constitutional requirements for ratification. This became moot in the 1860 case of Texas v. White when the Court declared that the federal government could take certain actions (not covered by the delegated powers of the Constitution (such as when the Federal government replaced the legislatures of some former Confederate States with hand picked individuals) by the right of conquest.

The entire subject is of great interest.

Those here who have stated that you should do your own homework are quite correct. Having others do it for you harms only you. Here you have guides to what the answers may be and you should use them to do your own research to confirm their correctness (or lack thereof) and to expand on them.

Simply using them will likely get you in trouble. For example, say you used mine and then the teacher asks you to backup the answers providing sources. You won't be able to do unless you do your own research. Here you are with (possibly?) good answers and can't really use them, How frustrating.

The 13th was declared in 1865, the 14th in 1868, and the 15th in 1870.

It sounds like you are trying to do homework here! Hint: It has something to do with the Civil War.
