His friends come in the house one them says WHO 'S THE FREEK IN DIAPER the other one says oh! **** I think he just **** himself. I WANTED TO KILL THEM and they are laughing. My brother told them to shut up that Isn"t cool. I told my brother he better stopped hanging out with these two babies. Its quite obvious they need to wear diapers themselves. No, he can hang out with them, but if they make fun of him again, then he shouldn't .. omg.. i can't believe how heartless they are! i would NEVER EVER make fun of that boy. That's just waaaaay too rude.

I agree that those boys are not cool at all and they shouldn't have made fun of the handicapped child. However, I think your brother should get to choose his own friends by himself. I don't understand why he'd want to hang out with losers like that, but if he wants to, there's nothing you can do other than let him know you don't like it. Maybe you could ask him to not invite them to your home anymore.

This is mostly your brothers problem, not yours. HIS friends are the ones who are thoughtless and inconsiderate.
1] handicapped people are not deaf
2] handicapped people have feelings, too - so does their family and friends
3] as a guest in someone's home, that was also incredibly rude.
Sometimes people try to make them selves more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation by 'being funny'.
They are both too immature and rude to realize this yet.
SUGGESTION:
Why don't you print this question and all the answers out, and mail it to both of them, or put in their locker? Maybe they will learn something.
Keep copies to mail to their parents if that doesn't work.
