put a gash in the foam insulation,damaged window trim.Should i replace or repair...where do I get a door??

Replacing the door would be prefferable as repair attempts would be short of expectations. You didnt say if it were a rented camping trailer or a rented mobile home, but the yellow pages would be my first line to finding a replacement door and frame!
PS both are simple to install, with a square drive screwdriver and a tube of caulk.

Usually, you can find a trailer/RV repair place around.
Failing that, some hardware or window stores will do it.
The rental place may do it themselves for a charge.

Sounds like you need to train your dog for oen thing and go to a junkyard.
