say that the fifth knew about her and set out a mission to find her they have her brought back and they search for sasuke. she comes in at when sasuke fighting his brother. she also fight. they kill itachi. sasuke is hurt and they come back to the leaf country, so the fifth can heal him. hows that like it?

plosible but unlikely,all of the uchihas were killed by itachi,excluding obito and maddara,but obito is crushed by a rock ect.so the only was sasuke can have a lil' sis is if it was covered up like the fourth being naruto's father(chapter 368 tells us the truth) so im not compleatly putting it down but it is unlikely cuz sasuke's parents were killed and im pretty sure dead peeps cant have kids.
