Asides from the holy trinity of the NFL I think the Niners or the Bengals have the best chance of winning the Superbowl.

if the bears would wake up and realise that rex grossman is an nfl bust and cut him, they have a damn good chance with brian greise at the helm. and i am not a bears fan. as far as the niners, they are still a rebuilding team. alex smith is starting to feal a little more comfortable at the helm. though, he is not ready to lead his team to a super bowl this year. they will get a wild card. the Bengals is a good choice, but their defence sucks and is going to give up a lot of points. they have a good offence if the players can stay out of jail.

Not with their recent struggles, weaknesses have been shown. Not to mention several factors. Chargers: Cromartie has 8 picks this season (leads NFL). Cromartie is 2nd string. LT is picking up pace after his talk with Marty. Rivers is getting in a groove. Chambers is on the team now. Colts: Harrison may be healthy by then. Playoffs are not the regular season so they will have more to play for. Manning will want revenge. Cowboys: Romo is #2 in the league, TO has more yards than Moss (but less td's) and the defense is coming along. All in all, the Pats have a chance, but they will NOT go all the way.

Every team has a chance in the beginning. But realistically the Chi. Bears ,the N. O. Saints ,the Cin. Bengals ,the Sea. Seahawks I think all have a chance as well as a team I don't want to mention but the Dallas Cowboys also.

Da Bears...with the exception of Tank Johnson and Thomas Jones pretty much everyone's back from last year including the stalwarts of the Bears defense.
