...state within the Union. If it regularly violates U.S. Citizens Costitutional Rights then can it not be considered an enemy of the Union.

Dee B, it has for the last twenty five years. I'm going to be out before I can get to the store. I have low blood sugar (hypoglycemic) and it's my medicine like insulin is to a diabetic!

sensible_man, I know it seems ridiculous but I'm a Costitutional Libertarian that has taken the oath to defend The U.S. Constitution to heart, especially where it affects me personally. I'm mad as hell and I can't take it anymore! I want my beer when and where I want it, Dammit!
