i don't live with them (my mom & stepdad), but he own the house. and i know for myself that i still can't afford to live on my own, considering some expenses including school.

he is telling us(me, my bro & my mom) that he will sell the house if i find nobody who could rent the rooms, but my mom really, really, really love the house, but couldn't say anything to my dad.

situations:
black guy - he doesn't like him because he is black.
mexican guy - he thinks i might get raped.
mexican woman - he thinks she will still something from me.
asians - "if they can't speak good english, they are not living in my house." but the asians i know with wonderful personality can't speak good english.

i kept on looking for white men, but most of them are already renting/owning a house and are living with their girlfriend and not married. i'm not so good with white women, because most of them are racist and they think they can boss on you around (NOT ALL OF THEM, just MOST).

Depends.

It doesn't sound like you have a really good relationship with your stepdad. However, you may not want to make the relationship worse because you have to live with them for a while.

If you can talk to your dad, try to tell him that it is not only against the law to discriminate by race, but it is also morally wrong. Explain to him that you have a wide range of friends and feel bad about how he talks about them. If you make it more personal, he may listen more.

You have the option to go to HUD, who takes on cases of unfair housing discrimination. I've added the website link. They may have a way you can talk to them anonymously, but I'm not sure.

However, more likely, your dad is going to discriminate and there's not much you can do about it without causing much strife in your life while you're there. Luckily, there's people like you who will, in the future, treat people better.

Good luck to you.

Asians might be a safe bet, if they are employed. Or any white person with a job who doesn't dress like a deviant. Just make sure whoever you rent to doesn't listen to loud music, and stay up all night. And make sure they can pay their rent.

Why are you looking for white men you say on one hand then you are saying you are not good with white woman. Are you straight gay or other? BTW Tell your stepfather to mind his own business that it is 2007 and that his opinion shows he is ignorant racist and uneducated. Tell him you dont want to look like a small minded redneck and live your life.

Do not listen and walk away from someone that say negative things about other races. Negative people always get me angry. What do your mom see in someone like that? Like he will say every racist & negative thing about another races.

Call him up and talk to him in a gruff voice. Tell him "There is something important to tell you. I eat racists for breakfast. I put them on my cereal."

Sounds like the problem is you. You have all the answers. You have to adjust your attitude, adapt to his rules or extract yourself from the situation. (Walk away.)
