Can't we just have a party that backs up what they say. They seem to say, more then they do. After seeing studies on Diebold, and nothing being done about it, makes me think the next admin has already planted.

No... I will not trust the next admin, unless serious changes take place

Trust has to be earned; I don't think it's ever wise to simply assume that people with tremendous power and influence have our best interests at heart. And that indeed holds true "regardless of their party affiliation".

Depends on who heads it up. Right now, there are no candidates who garner my trust and Congress, that is the biggest joke of the Century.

They are so busy fighting and name calling along party lines, nothing can get done.

The US Constitution starts out " We the People . . . . ."

Well, WE the People need to fire that bunch and get people in there who will do what is right for this great nation, before we cease to exist or loose all our rights and freedoms.

I will if they earn my trust. If they do not earn my trust I will not trust them. It is the responsibility of every American to watch our government officials and call them on decisions that are not in our best interest.

Trust them to do what? I expect they will try to do most of what they say they will do, but will be blocked from doing some of it by the checks and balances of our political system.

I only hope they are blocked from doing what I disagree with them about, and are successful in doing what I agree with them about.

No. Yet trust that the GOP is worse for the nation as long as neo-cons wield power over them

It will be extremely hard.... you are correct to ask this question. I now know why Clinton is so reticent to speak against Bush's war against Terrorism. He was heavily involved in a lot of underhand dealings too..... We are F&*$ed..... whichever way you turn.

That depends, the only person I would trust as President is Ron Paul.
