I hate it when it's 2:30am in an underground car park hiding behind a car, out of breath, you've only got three bullets left and it's 100 metres to the stair well.
I hate that. Cold sweat every time.

I used to get them a lot following hot flushes but thank goodness very rarely now. Past my Prime ...s.i.g.h !

seeing an ambulance/ fire engine with the sirens blaring always makes me shiver it means trouble for someone i just dread it been someone i know.
