hello yahoo seeker's i'm having trouble on my very old video game colloseum. now i have used up all my time flutes and i still i have a couple of shadow pokemon. i need some help is there another way to free pokemon shadow pokemon heart's?

put them on the day care and/or give them lotions which help them recover.

Most of all I would say keep them in your party and use them to battle, also there is perfume you cam buy in one place, can't remember were, that helps some depending on the one you get. That's about all I can remember, I ant played that on lately sorry.
