If i want to rent a car from enterprise do i need to live in that certain city to be able to rent it... example if i live in san diego and want to rent a car from the city "el monte" am i able to rent it from there or do i have to live in this city?

Maybe you could phone "Enterprise" and ask them that question.

I recommend you to call first the enterprise car rental, and get all the information you need from them,before going any where.
